Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy 

We have a flat rate for shipping of £7.10, using Royal Mail as our courier. Delivery to UK addresses only. 

We do not offer shipping to EU or international locations due to limitations on ingredients which can be shipped in/out of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. 

Dispatch Times 

We aim to dispatch orders in 2-3 working days including Saturdays. Please note that during high seasons (Nov-Feb) dispatch may take up to 7 working days (Mo-Sa). 

Shipping 

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been dispatched NOT once the order has been placed. 

Delivery 

Delivery will be made to the address specified through our checkout when you complete your order. 

If postal addresses are incomplete or incorrect, the responsibility falls on the buyer, Telfairi Natural Therapies Ltd takes no responsibility of checking shipping addresses. If you notice any error on the delivery address after placing the order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible before you receive dispatch confirmation, we may be able to amend the delivery information but this is not guaranteed. After dispatch confirmation has been sent, we are unable to amend any shipping details. 

Please ensure you provide a delivery address, where someone will be available to receive the delivery between 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. If the couriers are unable to complete a delivery due to nobody being present, a calling card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange a re-delivery. If you do not contact the couriers within 18 days of receiving this card, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be applicable to your order. 

If the orders tracking is showing as Delivered but you are unable to find your package, after checking with neighbours and in the safe place, it is your responsibility to check with your local post office as to the location of the package.
